Before transitioning into real estate, Timothy built a successful career as a Physical Therapist Assistant at UC Davis Medical Center, where he’s developed a deep understanding of service, patience, and personalized care. His background in healthcare allows him to approach real estate with empathy, strong communication, and a client-first mindset. In addition, he was a co-owner and roaster of a national wholesale coffee roasting company, demonstrating his entrepreneurial drive, leadership, and business acumen.
Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University and brings a well-rounded, disciplined approach to his work. Known for his determination and focus, he is committed to delivering results while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.

Outside of real estate, Timothy enjoys an active lifestyle including ultramarathons, fishing, hunting, camping, soccer, and golf.
