Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes. Shopping for our second home and having a 2 hour time difference was no problem for Tim. While we patiently waited in San Diego California, Tim found multiple homes that matched our wish list. Tim many times willing to do "Drive by's" making sure the curb appeal matched the pictures and our needs. After a few virtual phones calls and video walk through, we finally settle for a few to look at in person. As we flew across country, he made sure appointments were in place when we arrived. Tim communication skills could not have been any better! He had all the intell on the neighborhood with EVERY home. Tim is a true "down to earth" professional very casual and will not over promise or pressure you. We loved how he ALWAYS remove his shoes even if the sellers didn't require it. We finally settled for a BEAUTIFUL brick style house in Franklin, Tim met with the home inspector and made sure to negotiate with the seller on some minor needs and got us some really nice credits at closing.. The best part is he knows lots of other agents, lenders and tradesmen, so it all fell into place and made sure to close in 30 days! as we requested. We are looking forward to working with him again this year as we are now looking for a investment property and would never consider working with anyone else..
