Timothy helped the reviewer sell this property

We had an excellent experience using Timothy Toye as our real estate agent

Timothy was very professional. He put a lot of effort into marketing our houses, kept us up to date with market conditions, made suggestions on what improvements to make and made suggestions on who we might hire to make those improvements. Timothy has years of experience and it shows. He was able to find houses we were interested in when we were looking for houses to buy and was a great help with negotiations. I would definitely recommend Timothy to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
