This is our second time working with Timothy. Our 1st time we were moving from a distance & he walked through the home taking moving pictures from room to room. 10 years later the house was too much for us & we went right back to Timothy. The long and arduous task of the short sale of my vacation home was made a lot easier and softer working with Timothy and his staff.
