Tim went above & beyond our expectations of a realtor! We bought a Lake home that is 2 hrs away from our other home, Tim was present for all inspections that needed done since we couldn't be present. Tim also offered suggestions to us about counter offers for our property. He was always a txt or phone call away to answer all questions that had come up. Tim seemed eager to get the job done in a timely manner, so our closing would be as quick & painless as possible. We would definitely work with him again in the future & recommend him to others.
Very friendly and was always on time to any appointment we made..was very honest and did everything he could to find out questions I had. Gave me the feeling he was helping me buy the home I wanted, not the home he was able to fine me to buy.
