I am an 80 year old woman who is not at all computer savvy. Tim was my agent when I purchased my home in Phoenix. My mom passed away in 2024 and I was responsible to sell her rental property in the North Phoenix area on behalf of her trust. Tim Tiller contacted me and suggested that allowing our tenant to remain in the property and selling to an investor might be a good strategy. However, the tenant decided to move out. I do not live in Arizona; Tim coordinated having the painters and other contractors complete the necessary repairs.
