He was always willing, able and happy to show me different listings, and ensured me continually that he was available to do so whenever I wanted. I am new to FL and was pleased to realize that Tim has an intricate knowledge of the area, even detailing which areas were not as safe as others, which is extremely important to me as a single female. Tim is knowledgeable and always well prepared. He even had a tape measure available in his car when I wanted to measure a room to ensure furnishings would fit. He reviewed all documents with me and answered any questions that I had to my full satisfaction and until I felt confident that I fully understood the sometimes confusing wording and legal terminology.
