Tim is AMAZING.

This was our first time buying a home. I went in very apprehensive assuming all real estate agents were like used car salesman. I was scared that they would want us to look at houses that didn't fit our criteria. Tim is exactly the opposite. We viewed numerous homes throughout Eastern Kentucky and Central Kentucky. We spent months waiting for something to pop up that was perfect. When the perfect house finally popped up Tim was great at walking us through everything that needed to be done and explain it in a way that we understood. I cannot say enough good about this man and I will miss talking to him. . I feel like we gained a friend.
