Tim assisted us in selling two of our properties. In both cases he always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He kept us informed and we never doubted that he kept our interest as the highest priority. Tims integrity and honesty allowed us to never doubt that we had a relator representing us in the highest degree. We highly recommend Tim to anyone seeking a Relator to represent them.
Tim took great care of me in my first home purchase. He went the extra mile of explaining the entire process, making sure that I was being treated fairly by the seller, and giving me an unbiased honest opinion about the condition of the home. He gave so much of his time throughout the process and even followed up with me after the sale. I trust and would recommend Tim Roney to anyone!
This is the second time we’ve worked with Tim, first we bought our house and then we sold it. He’s very knowledgeable and Researchers everything. That’s why we used him, he’s takes the time out to explain the process and always answers all your questions. We had a great experience with him as a buyer and seller. I highly recommend him.
Tim helped us sell our home in 2014. He was always available to answer any questions and he thoroughly helped us prepare the home for sale. He went well above and beyond what any other agent we have worked with has done. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the SCV.
