We have been working with Tim for a few years now. My family has 2 units in the South Loop and both units have been rented for over a decade now. In no time, Tim would always find amazing tenants. So lucky! We finely decided to sell both units. We were worried about spending too much on renovations, but Tim managed to keep that from happening. Tim immediately took action! Had amazing photos taken, fixed minor issues and always kept me up to date with what he thought was best. Being out of state, I felt a bit lost on what to do or not to do. Tim was always straight forward with us. He never left any questions unanswered and was constantly keeping me up to date. The sale was quick and sold as is! After renting our condo for almost 10 years, we were ready to sell but unsure if we wanted to renovate or not. The thought of coordinating the renovations from the suburbs did not sound appealing to us. Then we met Tim. He had new cabinets and flooring ordered before our tenant even moved out so his crew could begin work as soon as the tenant was gone. Within three weeks, our unit was up for sale and completely renovated from top to bottom without us having to lift a finger. Tim bought the appliances and materials, coordinated the deliveries, scheduled and supervised all the work with his team and our building management. Tim also guided us through the whole sales process with his expertise. Unfortunately, we had a demanding buyer which we wouldn't have been able to close without Tim. Tim patiently worked with the buyer's ridiculous requests so we were able to close as scheduled. Tim is the complete package. He does everything so you don't have to. He was always responsive and ready to help even over the holidays. We could not have been happier and would highly recommend him.

Tim handled the sale of a family property in downtown Chicago that needed to be expedited due to family health issues. Our whole family could not have been any happier with the incredible expertise of Tim to get this closed weeks in advance. The customer service he brought to the table included taking care of the repairs needed, hiring reasonable contractors, and he himself following up to ensure all items were completed. This was a huge stress reliever being out of town owners. I would recommend Tim for any type of real estate transaction whether buying or selling because he is the consumate professional and makes his clients feel important. This is the second time I am working with Tim Rhoten. Previously, Tim represented me when I was purchasing my condo. I had a great experience so when the time came for me to sell my condo, I had no hesitation to have him represent me again. Tim is pleasant to work with and helped guide me throughout the sale process (pricing, price adjustment, negotiating the offer, negotiating the inspection findings, closing). With his knowledge on current market trends, he advised me to make some tasteful upgrades before sale. I felt this move helped me sell quicker in this competitive south loop market currently. I also appreciated that he worked with a photographer to have a 3d walkthrough of my unit online. Tim and his team are good people and I whole heartedly would recommend his services.

Tim is one of the best in the business. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the entire home sale process. Our first experience with Tim was actually when we bought our first condo a few years ago and Tim was the listing agent. We saw how great of a job he did for the Seller in that deal, that when we listed our condo a few years later, he was our first call! He’s an expert negotiator and is also very good at giving you practical advice depending on your desired outcome. We also had to do many renovations and Tim provided us with guidance and contacts to get everything done. One last thing I’ll say about Tim is that he is just a great person. I would highly recommend.
