Tim Ray is a proud lifetime resident of the Spokane area and a graduate of Mead High School. He has been a full time real estate professional for over 33 years and has helped over 1200 clients with their real estate needs, earning many awards and accolades over that time. Tim is a "hands on" broker, personally overseeing the details of his clients transactions. He specializes in residential, residential acreage, and bare land in Spokane County and southern Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties and has an interest in self sustaining and defensible properties on the outskirts of the metropolitan area, as well as historic properties in town and homes in the best school districts in the area.
Personally, Tim is married to his beautiful bride and together they have 6 children that all received their primary education in the Mead School District and have gone on to attend WSU, Whitworth University, Carroll University (in Waukesha, WI), EWU, and both of our local community colleges.
