Timothy Rangel

Tim Rangel was our family's real estate agent when we sold a large property with multiple dwellings a few months ago. The property had been on the market for a year with no offers. When Tim became our agent, he immediately showed an understanding of what approach was needed to communicate with people who might be interested in our particular property. I'm sure he had done his homework before but the first step I saw, and what pleased me enormously, was his interest in exploring some of the special features of the property with me by hiking one of our trails. Tim is enthusiastic, creative, and has excellent marketing skills. He is a talented videographer and narrator, and did a wonderful job presenting our houses and land to online viewers with a beautiful video. He was very responsive to any questions I had and was a pleasure to work with. He gives good advice and is diplomatic with a variety of people. We received an offer almost immediately after listing and are very pleased with the results. I am happy to recommend Tim Rangel to anyone planning to sell their home or property.

We purchased a wonderful property with Tim. Our purchasing process was not straightforward, and Tim was there for us through the ups and downs. We live in the Bay Area and could only make it up to Sonoma County occasionally, sometimes with very little notice. Tim always made time for us. Tim also helped us negotiate a tricky offer, which ultimately didn't come through because the sellers were holding out for too high a price. He never got pushy, and in the end we found a much nicer place for less money so it worked out perfectly. We always felt like Tim had our best interest at heart.

Tim gave great advice on what we should concentrate on, what the property strengths were, and how to negotiate. He gave me facts, so I could make good decisions through the process. Tim always responded quickly with any questions I had and helped me when I couldn't meet contractors since I lived out of state. Tim went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a real estate agent. I am thankful because, in the end, Tim's negotiating helped sell the property quickly, and we received what we asked for.
