We have worked with Tim on several occasions and he has always been professional and does what is needed to get our house sold. Which included helping us to put the last load on the moving truck and vacuum our living room when at the last minute, the closing date got moved up by 3 days! I am currently looking for a property to buy for my business. Tim is on vacation at this time, but I will wait for him to get back. He has earned my full trust when it comes to looking out for my best interests and helping me get through what is always a complicated process.

We relocated to my home town largely due to the assistance of Tim. It took a few months to find the perfect home for us but he was never impatient and was constantly looking for us. If there was a place that interested us, he offered to show it to us immediately. He never seemed to tire of helping to find what would work for us. When it came to the closing, he was very knowledgeable about what was in our best interest. He, actually, spoke up during the closing and had a phrase included in the final contract (and had the others involved in the closing to wait until it was done) that was in our favor. We would have never known it needed to be done. We are very appreciative for his services and knowledge!

We could not have had a better experience with Tim. We have had multiple dealings with him, buying, selling, rentals etc. and never has he disappointed. If ever we need to be represented in the future he will be the first one I call.

Tim did an amazing job taking care of us during the purchase of our new home. He was very dependable, knowledgable, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. If we decide to move again in the future, we will definitely be using him as our realtor and I highly recommend him to everyone. We very much enjoyed working with him!
