Mr. Pantle was already a long time family friend of ours. So going into this we may be biased. Mr. Pantle has always been someone who has been ahead of the game, his understanding of market trends and his ability to "feel out" sellers made him an easier choice for us than just "family friend" so we have to. Throughout the entire process of buying our first house he made it easy, and was simple to talk to, and his reading the crowd is excellent. He picked up on little details in a house and would mention them to us for writing to the owners, or for looking elsewhere. In the end he helped us close a deal on a house and in less than a day we negotiated with the owners to go into escrow. After inspections we were satisfied with the reports, but Mr. Pantle felt that he could negotiate a bit more for us, and sure enough he got us more than we expected!! Things we liked about Timothy Pantle: -Attitude -Engagement -Willingness to work with and around us -Reachability -General Knowledge -Friendliness -His Love for Dogs! -His wit and jokes which were always nice, I don't like "machines" Things we didn't like: -He wasn't a dog, but he supports them and loves his dogs, so I guess that counts -That he wanted me to call him Tim when clearly I call him Mr. Pantle (this is clearly not a thing to dislike). As you can tell, he is appreciated and wonderful. My Wife works in reverse mortgage and I work in IT and both of us appreciated how he would explain things, or appreciated his use of technology and his ability to convey his jokes over text (which obviously for a millennial is THE most important thing ever). I would recommend Mr. Pantle and would invite him over for Pizza and Beers.
