Tim is a really great guy who works hard and gets it done . We had a few issues arise that Tim was able to negotiate easily to fix and he was informative every step of the process . He was helpful in knowing the area of where I was buying home and made good suggestions for services to use / places to eat. After closing . As first time homeowners in a time crunch, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Timothy was extremely personable and went above and beyond to help in any way possible! Every little thing we needed even outside of buying the house he gave us contacts to make the whole process easier. He made it very clear we could contact him at any point in time if we had any questions knowing how extremely nerve-racking buying your first home is. He would definitely be the man I would refer to anyone I know in the future looking to buy a house! If I could give him more than five stars, I would, he was simply the best!

Where can we start? Well, we can say everything Tim did for us was above and beyond. Any menial or tedious questions or concerns we had were met and addressed without question and explained fully. The real estate game had changed from the last time my wife and I had any dealing with it and Tim made the entire process of updating our knowledge and what we were to experience so much easier than we anticipated. He is DRIVEN. He has the KNOWLEDGE and he puts in the LEGWORK to make certain all parties win and are satisfied.
