Three times a charm

Mr. Maynard has been my agent since I first requested to visit a house on the market I found on Zillow. His recommendation for inspectors was great and resulted in me breaking contracts on both my first and second house choices (as they both failed inspection because the sellers failed to disclose significant water and/or termite damage). Mr. Maynard continued to help me look for a property that met my needs, including spending one Saturday driving to multiple properties a fair distance away; we finally just closed on my dream property. I am retired military and used a VA loan, and Mr. Maynard was very familiar with the requirements of this loan (which is critical since there are many additional requirements, including several types of inspections, before a VA loan will be approved on a certain property).
