It was a real pleasure working with Tim to find our next home. Tim showed us many houses as the ones we really liked got scooped up very quickly in this hot market but he stayed on the job until we finally found the ‘one’. He assisted in every step of the process and always took our many phone calls. As difficult a process of buying a new home is it went pretty smooth with Tim helping us. I highly recommend Tim to help you in your search of a new home. He’s very familiar with the Wilmington area market and knows price ranges that houses should be priced.
