Tim was the agent we chose to sell our previous home and to help us find out new home. Needless to say, COVID played a heavy role in making it difficult to find a place we loved. Tim came with a plan. He explained the path he felt would be the most effective to sell our home. We worked that plan and Tim provided weekly updates on showings, internet views and searches and updates on market activity. Tim was relentless in his efforts with open house session and video showcases. COVID-19 made us change our showing style but that didn’t stop TIm. He continued to find a way to keep our listing front and center. We entertained a couple of offers which were below market value. Tim helped educate and navigate how to handle those unacceptable attempts. When we received the actual offer we accepted, Tim was extremely helpful in keeping the negotiations moving to reach an acceptable outcome for all involved. Very pleased with the entire process.
