We had be looking to buy for years. About 6 weeks ago I saw a home advertised and called him(we live in New York). That afternoon he was at the property and face timed it so that we could see it. He has some much knowledge, I felt comfortable, sight unseen, to make an offer that was accepted. He was incredible helpful in managing the contract process as well as the HOA paperwork.
