Timothy was able to get me into a perfect home not once but twice! He was so knowledgeable about the area when I first moved to AZ and has always guided me on the right path towards home buying. He is genuine, honest and straight forward with you. He is able to negotiate very well, and get you fair prices or under your price point. I like how he fills you in on the area, schools, and what to expect with each neighborhood you encounter. He is easy to reach if you have a question. He always has an open line of communication.
