What can I say other than Tim is the best! The stress of buying a home is enough in itself but the process is so much easier when you have a great realtor and team to help you through it. From beginning to end Tim was there to discuss any concerns and help guide me through every step of the process. He always responded in a timely manner and if he could not answer right away, he still responded to set up a time to talk. When issues would arise, he was immediately on it and things were sorted within the day. Although it was my second home purchase, it was more stressful than the first but Tim absolutely made it easy to get through. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Tim was very helpful throughout the process he always returned my calls and text messages . We must have seen at least 50 houses and he was always very courteous and calm especially when I started to have a melt down he would always talk me off the ledge lol I would call him my therapist . Thank you so much Tim for making it all come together. I would recommend Tim to anyone that wants an honest pleasant person to deal with through a purchase or a sell or both a very easy transaction

Tim is the absolute best. He helped me with everything. He's helped me look for rental properties, and with buying my first home! He's a great communicator and explains everything really well. He is always quick to respond. After all was said and done, I recommended him to my mom to sell her home, and again he did a great job for her. We both love him and would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a great agent!
