In this time of Covid-19 and social distancing, Tim did an amazing job of representing us through the entire sales process. From helping us find an investment property to final closing documents Tim was right there by our side. He presented 4 properties that met our criteria and offered suggestions to narrow it down to the final choice. While we were not able to be physically present, he accompanied the home inspector for us willingly and offering suggestions of contractors we might want to consider to make improvements.
