I thank Agent Tim Hamill for all he has done for selling both of my houses over the past 12-13 years. He went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help sooth my frustrations and fears about losing so much money with this second sale until I was able to accept the reality of the current housing market. My place is sold. I went into heavy debt to sell the place for more than $60,000 I had invested into it, all the money I had. I no longer have to pay the mortgage for the place in which I can not live due to my medical conditions which resulted from being run down by a coworker while on the job. I no longer have any money with the exception of my Social Security and a couple hundred from a former employer's retirement fund. I am relieved, though from finagling monthly mortgage payments. I am very grateful to Tim Hamill for supporting me during this extremely depressing and stressful process.
