We asked Tim to assist us in buying a specific vacant piece of land in an area which had little to offer for market comparison. Finding out the actual value of the lot was difficult, but Tim researched and found as a good anchoring point for the subsequent negotiations. He has a great work ethic and accommodated for the sometimes irregular times at which negotiations where happening. In the end we got our piece of land at fair market value.
Tim was introduced to us through a mutual friend of our family. His vast knowledge of the buying process, coupled with his market expertise in the South Bay Area helped us tremendously in locating a home that fit our needs. When we decided to make an offer on a house Tim gave excellent guidance throughout the entire offer/negotiation/purchase process - quickly answering all of our questions (no matter how small) and always being available (including late at night and on weekends) to discuss. He always kept me informed about what was happening, and if I had any problems with any of the documents, he was immediately available to help explain the process. He went way above and beyond our expectations - at the beginning he stressed he liked to provide personalized service, and he more than did that, ensuring that every aspect of the house was ready for the open house. Tim has my highest recommendation - I would have no hesitation in using Tim for any kind of sale (my property was not an easy one to sell).
