Tim was a great help from start to finish. My fiancee and I were hesitant to begin the home buying process, but Tim gave us his honest opinion and shared all of the first time home buyer programs in a "bite-size" easy to understand manor. We loved Tim he did everything he possibly could to help us in every way. He worked late hours also started early just to help us get to where we needed he showed us all the houses we wanted to look at. When it came to us getting the house we wanted he made sure that everything was the way it was supposed to be in the house as the contract stated and then some. Even tho the process is done and we live in our house now he still checks in to make sure that we are all ok and if we need anything. If I was to ever sell my house and buy again I would use him 100 times over again before I would ever call anyone else. Tim is great

Tim was always very consistent to getting back to us quickly and with answers and never let us hanging. I felt like since he is still new there is still much to learn but he has connections to find answers fast which is the most important resource. For negotiation Tim just needs to communicate with the buyer more about the risks involved in under bidding but also the benefits of getting a better deal and to never over pay for a house. Tim was there during the inspection and always willing to work around others schedules. He really enjoys finding people their homes and are very personable.
