Best agent and Loan Guy ever!

Tim had assisted my Son with a purchase/loan of a condo two years ago. He also recently assisted my Son with a re-fi which was painless. I just purchased a Townhome in Hunt Bch, with Tim as my agent and also securing my mortgage for me. Tim always goes the extra mile in trying to assist his clients. Not just for the initial sale and escrow close, but after the fact as well. He always picks up the phone if he can. If he can't, he always responds promptly. I would never consider using anybody else for my future sales, purchases or mortgage needs.
