Great realtor agent

My daughter had Tim as her agent when she bought her house and she recommended Tim. I have moved out of state and Tim facilitated the closing through a Notary where I currently reside. I met Tim when I first put my house up for sale and he promoted my house through social media. I had a buyer within a day of putting it on the market. Tim kept me informed of everything that was happening. He is very thorough and helpful, explaining things so I would understand. Tim is a great agent and anyone would be lucky to work with him.
