Tim handled everything, didn't have to worry about anything. He even got on the phone with the utility provider after we closed! Tim really helped me out going above and beyond what is typically expected of a realtor.

Tim was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I thought for sure selling my mother's house was going to be a nightmare but Tim took care of everything. He kept me updated through all of the stops, gave advice when needed and was available anytime, day or night. He was very thorough and explained the process every step of the way. I will definitely be using him in the future to sell our house and find us another one.
