We were randomly paired with Tim when he accepted to show us a Remax property and happily continued to work with him for the remaining house buying process! After briefly working with another agent we appreciated Tim's responsiveness and manner in which he showed homes even more. Tim was always available via email or text and responded quickly which was very much appreciated in this market! Being able to see the house, we ultimately purchased, the day after it came on the market was key! He took his time during our many different showings, never making us feel rushed or pressured. Tim took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new home. We appreciated when he added on a home showing for one he thought we would like (and we really considered purchasing after seeing it). I would definitely recommend using Tim as a Realtor!

Tim was very patient with us as we navigated through finding our condo in Lake Geneva. We were downsizing from a home and changing into a new life style and new community. He was always quick to respond to a request to see a property, kept us up to date on properties of interest that would come up on the market, and most importantly he kept us positive through the process of finally finding the right condo.
