We've purchased a home twice and sold a home once. In the process we've come across several other buyers/sellers agents and no one has been as knowledgeable and professional as Tim. There are a lot of fly-by agents who don't know all the rules of real-estate. If you are looking for someone who will educate you on the ins and outs of buying and selling so you can make educated choices and get the best price for your home, Tim is a great agent. Real-estate is often a time sensitive game. He went above and beyond for us working nights, weekends, even writing an offer for us while he was on vacation and we found the house we ended up buying. He also came to be present with us when we signed papers with a mobile notary to make sure we understood all of what we were signing and the paperwork was in order.
