It was a good experience everything happen so fast we were not expecting to qualify for a house but we did, Tim start the process, he start showing us houses right away help ous find the lender and everything, answer all the questions we may have and be there every time we come up needing help 🤭.. and now we have a house after just a month

Tim is a knowledgeable and personable agent. He did a great job explaining the listing and the video tour was great. Our sales journey dragged on for eight months. I am a direct person and felt a lack of communication. We had several issues. I felt like I only found out about them by accident. It seemed to me that I had to come up with the solutions. My goal was to get my Mom's house sold, as it was Tim's. He was great at the end to get the sale closed as far as paperwork and procedures go. I like Tim. He got the job done. I feel he's better suited to people who sell homes all the time, not those new to selling a home. I just needed more communication.

Tim was very helpful, I did the entire purchase over the phone as I was out of state working. Tim put me in touch with building inspectors and anything else I needed. The whole process went very smoothly.

I started by being an out of town browser. I saw a property on line but was leary of moving ahead without seeing it. Tim drove over and looked at the house for us to see if it was worth driving to town to see. He did so and took time to discuss his findings. Once we got to town one of his associates, Christina Reilly, took over. She spent a ton of time looking at numerous homes and jumping through hoops to assist us. She probably made minimum wage on our inexpensive home with all the time spent, but was always very gracious and helpful. Will definitely recommend their office to others.
