We purchased our first Palm Springs property from Timothy Benoit in 2016 while living in Sioux City, Iowa, totally over the internet. He was thorough with all the details of our "new" property and it's closing, so when we arrived to take possession there were NO surprises. Everything was exactly as he had described the property to us. Over a year later we decided that instead of the remodel we'd planned on doing was going to be "to much" for people our age, and we decided to buy another property with Timothy as our realtor again. That purchase went as perfectly as the first. Our only problem came with the sale of the first property as the Title Company that had guaranteed our title, did not do all the necessary investigation to guarantee that clear title. An un-noticed parcel number indicated that the property (or part of it) was still BIA leased land. Timothy worked tirelessly with that company's attorney, and the BIA for over ONE YEAR to finally gain us a clear title and the ability to sell that property. He is truly qualified, knowledgeable, and honest realtor of exceeding determination that every part of a home purchase or sale be perfect. I would, with no exceptions, recommend him to any potential client. And if we ever decide on another move or purchase, Timothy would be our only choice. He is unconditionally an outstanding real estate professional.
