Tim sold us our house 5 years ago and was fantastic! Which is why we went directly back to him when we were ready to sell the house. Tim is by far the best real estate agent I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and extremely responsive. Selling a house is supposed to be stressful, however Tim made it a walk in the park for my husband and I. Every step of the way, Tim provided us with his valuable input and adhered to all of our needs. He helped us with all the logistics and provided recommendations on what we should fix in the house, whom we should contact, and ultimately what we should list our house at. He had amazing marketing tactics and was able to get our house sold the weekend it hit the market. If I could give Tim 6 stars, I would. Above and beyond in every way, Tim was responsive since the first day we talked about what I was looking for in a home. As a first-time homebuyer, I was understandably overwhelmed with the process. With each home tour, Tim helped me to narrow down what was important to me and assuaged my concerns about the process. He walked me through the homebuying process (and repeated when I inevitably forgot things) and when I decided to make an offer, he worked diligently on my behalf and kept me updated every step of the way. And when my closing was almost derailed, he helped to save it at the last minute and even drove back from his home to drop the keys off to me so I could get into the house on the night of closing. I could not give Tim a higher recommendation - a consummate professional, friendly and personable, and truly a class act.

Tim is the best realtor I have ever worked with! Inventory was tight but anytime a house came on the market that fit was I was looking for, Tim would let me know immediately and we would go see it asap. Tim was very professional, but also very down to earth and friendly. He went above and beyond with everything he did for us. He replies to texts, emails and phone calls before you can blink. And when we found the home we wanted 20 minutes after it was posted for sale, called him to ask to see it that night, he made it happen! And we purchased that home one week ago!! He walked us through every step and never made us feel like our questions were silly or made us feel bad if he had to repeat himself.
