Timo and his wife Tanja were awesome . We spoke before we listed . They saved me a ton of money on repairs by making recommendations. We listed the house on Sunday May 5th had to offers Monday May 6th and closed on the house May 28th .
Had a realtor before Timo and his team. They were crap and didn’t make me and my wife feel as if they were as much invested in selling our home and my wife and I. Timo and his team completely opposite. Communication flowed easily and never did I feel out of the loop. Nor did Timo make me feel as if I was a bother for the tons of questions my and I had.
