We were recommended Tim because he sells many of the homes in Ladera Ranch where we were looking to buy. We called him and from the beginning it was very clear how knowledgeable and experienced he was in the field. He was an excellent communicator, always keeping us in the loop as we were very excited to offer on our home. He negotiated and helped get insight into the other offers so that ours was in good standing. When it came to the inspection, he helped us ask for things to make sure the home was in near perfect condition when we moved in. We had so much confidence and trust in Tim, and look forward to working with him in the future. He also knows everyone, so it makes the process easy.
