Great guy to work with goes above and beyond

Tim has been a family friend for a while, so I picked him knowing that he would give me the care and attention to details I wanted just like he does with all his clients. He did a great job at finding a house to fit my needs even when the market was down with very limited selections. I am extremely happy with my house and would look forward to using him again in the future.

Tim was extremely helpful, prompt to respond, and made numerous suggestions to help expedite the process and protect all parties involved. He sent documents and assisted me in reviewing, and signing electronically. He arranged the title company and insured reimbursement of the deposit. Tim also maintained contact and communication with my mortgage companyon my behalf.

Tim as a realtor boils down to one thing. He's a Pro. I've used Mr. Wolf for more than one home sale/purchase over the years...and for good reason. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and willing to go above and beyond. Selling and buying a home is stressful to say the least. Tim is one of the kindest people we've had the opportunity to meet since moving to the area. He's knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, incredibly patient, and bend over backward accommodating. Love Tim! When we first began looking at homes, we didn't have a realtor. We chose Tim (based upon client reviews) to help us in seeing a few homes that week, not intending to work with a specific realtor during our home-buying process. Within five minutes of our email request, Tim called and introduced himself. We made several appointments to view homes the next day and were very pleased with his timeliness, his respectful manner, his understanding of the area and his keen attention to detail. The best thing I have to say about Tim is that he looked out for us. We were confident during our entire home-buying process that he was working for us. He took the time to get to know us, he gave us his honest recommendations and feedback on homes we saw, and he ultimately helped us find and negotiate for our dream home at our desired price.
