I wanted to live near my family in Santa Barbara. Tim lived in Santa Barbara previously and advised me of desirable areas to look for homes on Zillow. He listed my former home and found a solid buyer within days. He knew when to do the open houses for best results. Once I accepted an offer, Tim worked well with the buying agent in SB who found me a home there. Tim was very attentive to my needs as it was a stressful situation in selling a home and buying a home which both closed escrow in the same week. At one point my computer died and Tim made sure I got the docusign documents completed on time. He was diligent when dealing with the new owners/realtor to ensure the paperwork and monies were wired on time to seal the deal. Tim is very personable and professional in handling all the minute details of the sale of my home. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
