Great relationship!
Tim has helped my mom sell 2 homes and purchase 2 homes. Now into a condo with no yardwork. Tim has the patience of a Saint. My mom is not the easiest customer. In this market today, the homes are going at a very fast pace. It definitely takes a person that is knowledgeable and quick to respond. Tim is that person. He was able to find a great place that checked all the boxes. Tim even helped her move some things, he's definitely a good person to have on your side. My husband and I also purchased our home from Tim. He is now working with my sister-in-law for her new move to Florida. You couldn't ask for a better guy to help with your purchase or sale.
