Tim exceeded our expectations beyond anything we imagined. We had a lot of fixin up to do before we put our house on the market. Tim had contractors work that were outstanding and professional. Tim as well assisted us in a major part of labor work to get ready. This man is beyond ordinary, he is extraordinary! Our house went up for sale the week in March ‘19 when covid shut everything down. We thought we were doomed. Tim managed to get a few prospects to look at our house and within a month had it sold for exactly what we were asking. Now in this time of the beginning of covid everything was unsure and unstable. Tim’s ambition and perseverance was very much welcomed. Not to mention how trustworthy he is. He was always in constant communication with us and treated us as a friend. I would recommend this man a hundred thousand times.

I purchased a duplex that had Tim listed right at the start of COVID. Tim took all needed precautions and he kept everyone safe in the purchase process. While he represented both the seller and me as the buyer, all parties worked together transparently, resulting in all around satisfaction. It was a relatively quick transition to ownership.
