Tim Washlack

We chose Tim Washlack of Century 21 Millenium because he presented a great marketing plan that was reasonable and on target with other homes selling in our area. He was professional and courteous through the entire process. We had renters in our home at the time we listed our home. We lived out of state and Tim made the entire process smooth and convenient for us. He kept us updated with every development and was always available to answer our questions. Our renters also said that Tim was so professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Tim for any real estate needs!

Tim helped us sell our home this summer. He was there with us every step of the way. Anytime we had questions (and we had a lot!) He calmly and patiently explained the process to us! We had to do last minute deck repairs but we were already living out of state. Tim stepped in and made sure everything was done correctly and on time. We really could not have done it without him!
