Responsive, Professional and Market Savvy!
Tim was extremely informative and responsive! We were out of state buyers seeking to find something close to family. He provided us with the realistic information and knowledge of the local market we needed. He was never pushy, always honest and a genuinely decent human being! His calm and insightful manner guided us through what can be an emotional process. His exceptional professionalism made for a seamless search, offer and transaction! We wholeheartedly recommend Tim Tlougan! He helped us find the perfect property so we can spend more time with our grandsons.
