He exceeded our expectations.

Tim was very patient with us during a rather long process but he hung in there with us until we found the perfect property to fit our wants and needs. Once we landed on the home we wanted and got an offer accepted the whole process took just 30 days to close on the one we were buying and the one we were selling, it seemed longer but it wasn’t. We were able to close on the both properties the same day! We are so happy with our new home!
