I have been investing in real estate since 1976 and have never worked with a better agent than Tim Spencer. Some of the sellers have been difficult to work with in the past and Tim was able to work with them and get us the houses we wanted for the price we wanted. Some of the people we purchased houses from also customers of Tim’s and they highly recommended him as well. My wife and I will be continuing to work with Tim call As long as we are in this business. Tim always makes it very easy for us because he does most of the work required, and all we have to do is follow his recommendations.
