Tim listed our home and had it sold within 4 weeks in a tough market. Our family was so grateful for his professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, suggestions, patience and speed at handling issues. Every time I asked him a question, Tim had already addressed the issue and resolved it. He was a step ahead of me in all aspects, including small details that I should have been the one to take care of. He took over the handling of the repair people for me. I greatly appreciated it since I live out of town and couldn't be there as often as I should have. Also, he noticed the positive aspects of the tough home I had to sell (ackward half bath, busy street, no back landscaping, etc) and was able to sell it quickly anyway. He negotiated and worked hard to get us as much of our equity as possible. He is a "go getter" and his team is fantastic as well.
