We found Tim to be very helpful with the process and had a great temperament for navigating potentially choppy real estate waters. The sale of our 13 year old home was a little tricky as our subdivision had never been finished and was currently under construction with a new builder. Establishing comps and setting a sale price was a little foggy. Tim was very confident in his evaluation of our home and we arrived at a target price that was favorable for us and the neighborhood.
