Tim Settles

Awesome experience working with Tim! Highly recommended! Showed yes as many houses as needed and landed us our dream home, will use him again if ever buying or selling.

As out of town buyers,Tim made the purchase of our home seamless. He made himself available to tour houses when they became available in this aggressive market. He guided us thru the inspections and closings. And he was there for us after with his knowledge of everything we needed to make our new house the home we wanted. He is wonderful and we plan to recommend him to anyone we know who will be buying or selling in the future.

We've bought 2 homes and sold one with Tim. His knowledge, attention to our needs, and communication through the entire process were simply the best. I've recommended him to everyone i know!

Tim helped us buy and sell our first home as well as buy our second home in 2020. He made the process of buying and buying such a great experience. Only realtor we will ever use! He is the best!

We had a blast working with Tim. He is a super flexible, patient and knowledgeable realtor. We found a great house for us and we were able to close in record time!
