Tim helped the reviewer sell this property

Without a doubt, go with Tim Rist!

With a tremendous dedication and a combined effort from Tim’s team at D.O.R.E, we were successful in finding new owners for the unique property formerly known as ”The All One Farm”. I was referred to Tim from a highly reputable agent in the San Francisco Bay Area, and he lived up to her recommendation in superlative ways including, researching and creating an informative narrated video about the property’s history in collaboration with his talented musician brother, helped to find skilled people to facilitate all manner of cleaning, maintenance, and testing of systems, and ultimately guided us through a complicated sale to its completion. I sincerely believe Tim and his team earned every penny of their commission!
