Tim was excellent. He kept me informed of everything that had to do with the sale of my condo since I was some 2000 miles away. His knowledge certainly made it easy to complete the sale which happened in a relatively short time at the price I was looking for.

It was very enjoyable working with Tim he answered all my questions and answered some I didn't think about. I would recommend Tim to all my friends and family he knows what he is doing.
