Tim helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Customer Service

When I recently moved from Lexington, Tim was an excellent asset to have in my search for the perfect home in Richmond. Tim went above and beyond to help with my search, including getting me in to view the house I chose the day before it was actually listed. He knew exactly what I was looking for because he listened to my needs, some of which were pretty specific. I was so pleased with my experience with Tim, I listed both homes I was selling in Lexington with him when I was ready to sell. He was always available to give me advice on what to have done to get both houses on the market and achieve the best selling price. I can not stress strong enough how responsive and prompt he was in responding to any questions or issues I had. If I ever have sell or purchase a home again, I would not hesitate to use Tim.
