Over, the next few weeks, Tim kept tabs on homes in other 55+ communities nearby, and a resale had just hit the market. Regarding the purchase of the new home as well as the sale of our old home, Tim made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, working with our lender, and always communicating with us during the entire process.
